[tex] \: base \: area \: = \: \pi \: {r}^{2} \: \\ \\ 16\pi = \: \pi \: {r}^{2} \: \: \\ \\ r \: = 4 \: unit \: [/tex]
Now

Surface area = 2πr^2 + 2πrh

→ 2× 16π + 2π × 4× 10

→ 32π + 80π

→ 112 π cm ^2
