A perfect square trinomial, for short TCP, is a polynomial of three terms (also called trinomial) that results from squaring a binomial.
 We have then:
 x ^ 2 + x + (1/4)
 It is perfect square because it is of the form:
 (x + 1/2) (x + 1/2)
