2p/(4p²-1)÷6p³/(6p+3)
=
2p/(4p²-1) × (6p+3)/6p³
2p/(2p+1)(2p-1) ×3(2p+1)/6p³
=1/[(2p-1)*p²]=1/(2p³-p²)
