Temperatures on Jupiter and Saturn are much too high for methane to condense compared to Uranus. The atmosphere of Uranus is significantly cooler and as a result condensation of methane to form cloud particles is likely contingent on its partial pressure. However, the atmosphere of Uranus is too below par recognized for it to be sure whether the clouds there really consist of methane.
