Following points indicate that a toddler-age client is experiencing stage 1 chemical pneumonia-
1- Dry Cough and breathing issue.
2- Irritation is throat and nose.
3- Nausea or abdominal pain.
4- Toddler hasn't been eating or drinking much.
5- Toddler is not active.
