Substituting for z in equations 1 and 3 we have

2x - y + 5 = -4
-2x + 3y - 5 = 10

2x -  y =  -9
-2x + 3y = 15    Adding these 2 equations:-

2y = 6
y = 3

Plugging in  y = 3 and z = 5 into the original equation:-

2x - 3 + 5 = -4

2x = -6
x = -3

so answer is x= -3,y = 3  and z = 5.
