you cover 10 meters in a time of 1 second .Is your speed the same if you cover 20 meters in 2 seconds?

Yes, your speed is the same. it would be same if u cover 50 meters in 5 seconds; however it won't be the same if u cover 65 meters in 7 seconds.

Yes. Distance/time is velocity.
10/1 is equal to 20/2
