2(2x + 2) - x > 3x - 4

First, expand. / Your problem should look like: [tex]4x + 4 - x \ \textgreater \ 3x - 4[/tex]
Second, simplify 4x + 4 - x to 3x + 4. / Your problem should look like: [tex]3x + 4 \ \textgreater \ 3x - 4[/tex]
Third, remove 3x on both sides. / Your problem should look like: [tex]4 \ \textgreater \ -4[/tex]
Fourth, since 4 > -4 is always true, there are infinite solutions.

Answer: Infinite solutions
