5x - 4y = 15

x-intercept: y = 0
5x = 15
x = 3
so
x-intercept: (3, 0)

y-intercept: x = 0
-4y = 15
y = -15/4
so y-intercept: (0, -15/4)

answer
x-intercept: (3, 0)
y-intercept: (0, -15/4)
