When you subtract two logarithms with the same base, you divide the argument (number inside parantheses). So Part A is just 8/11.

When you add two with the same base, you multiply the argument. So Part B is 11.

Finally, an exponent in an argument can be taken out and multiplied by the entire log expression. So 2log(5) is just log(5^2), which means that Part C is 25.
