A Quinceañera is the 15th birthday of a young lady. Very much like a Sweet 16. Quinceañera's are mostly celebrated in the Spanish heritage like Puerto Rico etc... The difference is just really the number. Quinceañera's and Sweet 16's is a celebration from a girl/child to becoming a young lady.
