endocrine glands release their secretion directly into blood stream example pituitary gland, thyroid gland,gonads and pancreas. note pancreas is an exo-endocrine gland. as an endocrine gland it secretes insulin, glucagon, calcitonin. as an exocrine gland it secretes pancreatic juice. hope it helps!
