the length of the side QR =  sqrt ( -2-1)^2 + (2-0)^2) = sqrt 13
legth of RS  =  sqrt (-1^2 + -1^2) = sqrt 2

so perimeter = 2 sqrt13 + 2 sqrt2
                     = 2(sqrt13 + sqrt2)
                      = 10.04 to nearest hundredth
