The correct answer is Cervix. It is commonly wide up to 3 centimeters but increases in size during childbirth because you need to get the baby out. The cervix is basically the tunnel that connects the vagina from the uterus and the Fallopian tubes. If a cervix can't grow in size, then a Caesarian Section is necessary to remove the baby.
