so exg
if
f(x)=2x
g(x)=3x
then (f o g)(x)=f(g(x))=f(x)=2(3x)
so f o g(2) means in this equation
subsitute 2 for x
(f o g)(2)=f(g(2))=(|1-2|)^2+4(|1-2|)

the x in the f(x)  is g(x)so  first evaluate g(2)
so
g(2)=|1-2|=|-1|=1
g(2)=1
then
f(1)=1^2+4(1)=1+4=5

the answer is 5
