x = (60×45)/100 = 2700/100 = 27

the second way to calculate it, is simply multiplying them with each other:

(45%)(60)= (45/100)(60) = 27
45% times 60 = 27 because it you think of it the way I showed you it would have to be that answer remember
When doing percents find out half witch is 50 % then find out 10% of 60 add what you got for both of them and you get for both of them and your ansewr
