Why don’t we get 100% of the product formed in a chemical reaction? Give a couple of reasons.

Human error can be a possibility, when you're doing a chemical reaction, sometimes some of the chemicals spill, or not all are transferred, it adds up overtime.

because some of the reactants can escape during the reaction...
