A square patio has an area of 200 square feet. How long is each side of the patio to the nearest tenth?

Each side of a square is the same length. Therefore, the area of a square is base * length, which happens to be length squared (length^2)

We can say:  length^2=200
Take the square root of each side and round: 14.1
