K' = (5, 3)

Explanation:

The initial coordinates: K (10, 6)

scae factor = 1/2

This means we would half the x and y coordinates to get the new vertice (K')

K' = 1/2 (10, 6)

K' = (10/2, 6/2)

K' = (5, 3)
