Originally we have a colony with 95 bacteria, which doubles in size every 273 hours. We need to calculate the size of the population every 546 hours, this means that the colony will double in size twice. So for the first 273 hours we have:

Then for the second we have:

[tex]b(546)=2\cdot190=380[/tex]

Within 546 hours there will be 380 bacteria in the colony.
