Find-: 12th term of the sequence is

Sol:

[tex]\begin{gathered} a_n=3-6(n-1) \\ \end{gathered}[/tex]

Where,

[tex]\begin{gathered} n=\text{ term.} \\ \\ n=12 \end{gathered}[/tex]

Put the value then:

[tex]\begin{gathered} a_n=3-6(n-1) \\ \\ n=12 \\ \\ a_{12}=3-6(12-1) \\ \\ a_{12}=3-6(11) \\ \\ a_{12}=3-(6\times11) \\ \\ a_{12}=3-66 \\ \\ a_{12}=-63 \end{gathered}[/tex]

So 12th term is -63
