Simplify the numerical expression

[tex](3^2\cdot5^{-1})^{2}[/tex][tex]\begin{gathered} (9\cdot\frac{1}{5})^{2}= \\ (\frac{9}{5})^{2}= \\ \frac{81}{25} \end{gathered}[/tex]
