Given the expression:

[tex]\frac{m}{4}+q[/tex]

We will find the value of the expression when m=2/3, and q= 1/4

So,

[tex]\begin{gathered} (\frac{2}{3}\div4)+\frac{1}{4} \\ \\ =(\frac{2}{3}\times\frac{1}{4})+\frac{1}{4} \\ \\ =\frac{1}{6}+\frac{1}{4}=\frac{2}{12}+\frac{3}{12}=\frac{5}{12} \end{gathered}[/tex]

So, the answer will be: 5/12
