Given the general rule for the slope:

[tex]m=\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}[/tex]

We have the following in this case:

[tex]\begin{gathered} (x_1,y_1)=(0,-3) \\ (x_2,y_2)=(-3,2) \\ \Rightarrow m=\frac{2-(-3)}{-3-0}=\frac{2+3}{-3}=-\frac{5}{3} \\ m=-\frac{5}{3} \end{gathered}[/tex]

therefore, the slope is m=-5/3
