First we start by subtracting 4 from both sides
3/5r = 3
times both sides by the reciprocal of 3/5 which is 5/3
r = 5

To check 3/5 (5) + 4 ?= 7
                       3 + 4 ?= 7
                               7 = 7

Hope this helps :)
