This is a system of equations

2x-12y = 4
3x-2y = -10

I would multiply the bottom equation by -6 because this would make the y value a + 12 which is the opposite of the -12y in the other equation

2x-12y =4
-18x +12y = 60
----------------------
-16x = -4

Then put =4 in as the value of x in one of the equations to get the value for y.
