Depends. You can round a number by units (nearest whole number, tenth, hundredth etc.), such as the nearest whole number being 5.
You can round it to a certain number of significant figures, such as 2SF being 5.4.
Or you can round it to a certain number of decimal places. Such as 1DP being 5.4.
