It’s where banks denied mortgages to people but it was mostly to people of color in urban areas, it prevented them from buying homes in certain neighborhoods where whites were, and they couldn’t get any loans to fix up their house. and it’s over so it doesn’t really happen today unless a person who’s selling the house or giving loans are racist so :)?
