The answer is D. If you want to find a parallel line, the slope(number connected to x) will be the same, but the y intercept will change. so all you have to do is plug the coordinates they give you into the equation like so: 11=3/2•6+b since youre trying to find the y intercept. then solve for b and find your answer!
