We have,

[tex]=12+36\div(36\div 9)[/tex]

[tex]=12+36\div(4)[/tex]

Now, divide.

[tex]=12+9[/tex]

Now, add.

[tex]=21[/tex]

Therefore, the value of given expression is 21.
