I think this is the answer I’m a little rusty

M=y^2-y^1/x^2-x^1
M=2-2/0-(-3)
M=0/3
M=0

2=(0*-3)+b
2=0+b
B=0-2
B= -2

y=-2

I think this is the answer. BTW I’m a middle schooler.
