Who belonged to the class of plebeians in Ancient Rome

I believe the answer is: Artisans, farmers, and merchants

In ancient Rome, the plebeians consisted of group of people that are considered to be a 'commoner'and have relatively low social status. But they still have the freedom to not be subjected to slavery and have the right to participate in the roman government.
