because people thought that the countries were devided unevenly, which caused some countries to be angry with others.

The peace terms created during WWI left Germany crippled. They had tons of debt to pay which totally destroyed their economy, this gave Hitler the chance to rise, and have a feeling of revenge. Germany at the time, was so low in spirits, quite a depressed country, that the moment Hitler came into power, without thinking followed him because of the great help he was, and thus his many followers.
