Prokaryotes are single celled organisms. While eukaryotes have nucleus, prokarotes do not. Eukaryotes also are bigger in terms of size because they contain more things (mitochondria etc) inside of them. Prokaryotes also have no organelles. Eukaryotes store their DNA in the nucleus while prokaryotes store their dna in cytoplasm.
