-2/3x + 2.8 = -8.2 what is x
Add 2.8 on both side of the equation
-2/3x=-11
Divide both side by -2/3
x=33/2

Check: -2/3(33/2)+ 2.8 = -8.2
-11+2.8=-8.2
-8.2=-8.2

Answer is x=33/2
