Given :

AB and CD bisect each other at E. CE = 2x - 3, AE = 6x - 10 and CD = 66.

To Find :

Length of AB.

Solution :

Since, E bisect both AB and CD, so it cuts them in two equal parts.

So,  2CE = CD

2(2x -3 ) = 66

2x - 3 = 33

x = 18 units.

Also, AB = 2AE

AB = 2(6x-10)

Putting value of x = 18 in above equation , we get :

AB = 2( 6(18) - 10 )

AB = 196 units.

Therefore, the length of AB is 196 units.

Hence, this is the required solution.
