Step-by-step explanation:

Say the orange's weight is o.

Grapefruit = 1.08o

Apple = 0.9o

So to find the percentage the grapefruit is bigger, you have to first do 1.08 - 0.9 = 0.18

0.18 / 0.9 = 0.2

0.2 = 20%
