First we have to find the slope. I use delta y/delta x when doing it from points.

2--2/1--5=4/6=2/3

Now the equation is y=2/3x+b

We just have to find the y-intercept. You can graph it or plug in the points.

Either way, the y-intercept is 1.3 repeating.

The equation is y=2/3x+1.3 repeating.

I hope this helps.
