Answer:

If a normal distribution is considered, a standard deviation (SD) is accounted for 34% (0.34 of population).

60 participants <=> p = 0.25

SD                     <=> p = 0.34

=> SD = 60 x 0.34/0.25 = 81.6 = ~82 participants.
