The density of the compound of acetone is equal to 0.791 g/mL. The volume is calculated by dividing the mass given by the density. Mathematically, that is,
                         v = m / ρ
Substituting the known values,
                       v = 6.56 g / (0.791 g/mL) = 8.29 mL
Thus, the volume of the acetone is approximately equal to 8.29 mL.
