Theoretically, absolute temperatures (-273 degrees Celsius or 0 Kelvin) is the coldest temperature possible across the universe. At this temperature, atoms and particles have zero kinetic energy and therefore do not move at their account. The Brownian motion of gas particles at this temperature also ceases.
