f(x) =  a(x + 2)(x - 5)   where a is a constant.

-12 = a(4 + 2)(4 - 5)

-6a = -12

a = 2.

So f(x) = 2(x + 2)(x - 5)

f(x) =  2x^2 - 6x - 20.
