y = 2 x + 8
y = 2 x + 4

Say y=ax+b. It goes through (0,8) and (4,0). Therefor we can say 8=a(0)+b which gives us b=8. Then we fill in (4,0) which results in 0=a(4)+8. Given that, a=-2. so y=-2+8
