Answer:

To solve for inequalities you need to get x by itself

To do this we need to perform the opposite operation that is happening to the variable

3x<18 (x is being multiplied by 3, so we want to divide by 3 to get the x by itself)

x<6 (3/3=1. 18/3=6) Keep the sign the same as before

x<6
