answer

[tex]y = 5x - 8[/tex]

I used the formula

[tex]y - y1 = m(x - x1)[/tex]

m: 5

(x1, y1)

point: (0, -8)

[tex]y - ( - 8) = 5(x - 0)[/tex]

y + 8 = 5x

-8 -8

y = 5x - 8
