2. Next you have to find the variable in the next proportion, so the variable would be the number of minutes

So the proportion would look like 75 steps/ “ x” minutes  

3. Solve.  15 steps/ 5 minutes= 75 steps/ “ x” minutes  (Cross multiply)

15x=5x75

15x=375

x=25

4. So the answer is 25 minutes to walk 75 steps
