The answer for your question is 21. Which is b. The reason why i got that answer is because when  you plug in 3 then you multiply that which will give you 6 then subtract that by 27 then that will give you 21.:)

This is how you do this:

27-(2*3)

PEMA = Parentheses, equation, multiplication and add. (Or subtract)

2*3 = 6

27-6 = 21

so the answer would be B. 21
