The answer would be -21/4

Here’s how you solve it!

First move the variable to the left side which makes it change the sign to a negative

-4y➕1=22

Then you move the constant to the other side and change the sign

-4y=22-1

Now you subtract

22-1=21

-4y=21

Then divide both sides by -4

Then you are left with your answer

Y=-21/4

Hope this helps! :3
