Here is your question that you need help with:

First thing you do is add the numerators.

Since, you added it, it became 9.

Remember, since the denominator is the same for the other fraction, you keep it the same.

So your answer is [tex]\frac{9}{12}[/tex]

Your answer can also be 3/4.
