Answer:

B' = (-8,-1) , C' = (4, 5)

Step-by-step explanation:

The coordinates  of A are (-5,-7)

The coordinates of C are  3 units to the right and 4 up from A.

So for a dilation  factor 3 C' will be 9 to the right and 12 up from A.

C' = (-5 + 9) , (-7 + 12)

=  (4, 5).

The point B is 1 unit to left and 2 up from A.

So B' is (-5 -3) , (-7+ 6)

= (-8, -1).
